Shipping Policies:

We strive to make shopping on our website as easy as possible as you learn about, evaluate, and purchase our handmade alpaca garments. If you have any additional questions please make sure to check out our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page or contact us at support@incaroyal.com.

Domestic Shipping:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order.
  • We ship out all orders from Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Santa Fe, NM.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped and with tracking information included. 

We use USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail as our default shipping methods. Free shipping is available for all orders over $100, within the entire United States, including APO addresses. Orders under $100 ship out using USPS Ground Advantage at a flat rate cost of $4.99 per order.

Tracking Info: All orders will ship out using a tracked shipping service, and you will receive an email with your tracking confirmation once the order has shipped. You also can find the tracking information by going into your account and viewing your orders. Average Shipping times: Orders ship from Santa Fe, NM, and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please check the shipping table below for more info.

Local delivery

Free local pickup is available for all orders within [Santa Fe County]. Local customers can choose local pickup or choose to have their orders shipped via USPS for free. 

Pickups can be made from [11-6 pm] on [Monday-Friday]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to schedule a pick-up time.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping to over 100 countries!

Canada: We use UPS Standard and USPS First Class International for Canada shipments. Orders to Canada take around 5-14 business days, with some taking as long as 21 days. 

All Other International Orders: For International orders, we use First Class Package International for orders under 2 pounds, and UPS and DHL for all orders over 2 pounds. You can select your preferred shipping carrier at checkout. USPS First Class Package International takes 7-21 days, while DHL Worldwide and UPS Expedited or Worldwide Saver, our fastest options, arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that customs delays can delay a package by up to 7-14 additional days. 

Custom Duties: International orders are subject to duties enforced by their respective customs and border agencies. Duties are not included as part of an order's purchase or shipping cost. The duties are calculated based on the destination address, the value, and the category of goods. Customers are responsible for paying these additional duties.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Please contact us right away if you received a shipment that is damaged in any way or if the tracking information shows the package has been delivered even though you haven't received it.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. INCA ROYAL KNITWEAR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@incaroyal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please go to our return policy page to see more information on returns & exchanges.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@incaroyal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
